Q What is Ester-C® and how does it differ from ordinary Vitamin C?
A When Vitamin C is metabolised in the body, it breaks down into secondary compounds called metabolites. Scientific studies^1,2 show that Threonic Acid*, one of these metabolites, is responsible for the differences between ordinary Vitamin C and Ester-C®, including

• its ability to provide a full 24 hours of immune support, compared with the 2 hours of ordinary Vitamin C.
