DIRECTIONS

Wiggle the wand left to right at the base of lashes, as close as possible to lash roots for maximum definition. Pull the wand up and through lashes, wiggling as you go to separate lashes.

TIP: For the smooth definition, allow mascara to dry before applying a second coat.
