Ensure skin is clean and exfoliated. Shake well. Spray from 30-40cm away using a fluid, sweeping motion. Shower after 30 minutes for a bronze tan, 1 hour for a deep bronze tan, or 2 hours for a dark bronze tan. Your tan will continue to develop.
