How does FESS Sinu-Cleanse Hypertonic work?

FESS Sinu-Cleanse is a deep penetrating non-medicated hypertonic saline wash that helps relieve sinus congestion and pressure. Irrigating the nasal and sinus cavities with a large volume of saline solution helps was away excess mucus and relieves nasal and sinus congestion due to Colds, Flu, Sinusitis, Hayfever, Allergies and Nasal Surgery. ACTIVE INGREDIENTS Each Sachet contains: Sodium Chloride 20mg/g Sodium Bicarbonate Xylitol

DOSAGE Non-medicated, so can be used as often as required Directions for use:

1) Empty contents of one sachet of FESS Sinu-Cleanse into the FESS Sinu-Clenase Squeeze bottle.

2) Pour previously boiled luke warm water into the bottle to the line marked ‘FULL’. Do not use boiling hot water. Screw cap onto the bottle and gently shake until powder dissolves.

3) Lean or bend over a basin and place the cap gently inside the right nostril. Keeping your mouth open, gently squeeze the bottle in a pulsing action.

4) Allow half the solution to wash through the nasal passages and sinus cavity and come out the left nostril. Using the remaining solution, repeat the process in the left nostril.

Extended Information:

FESS can be used in conjunction with medicated nasal sprays such as steroids, antihistamines and decongestants. Use Fess prior to using an antihistamine or nasal steroid to allow better penetration of the medication, and after using a decongestant to moisturise and clear the nasal passages.
