ACTIVE INGREDIENTS Each tablet contains: Evening primrose oil 1.3 g Equiv. gamma – Linolenic (GLA) 123.5 mg No added artificial flavouring or colouring. Free from gluten, wheat, dairy, lactose, corn, cereals, eggs, nuts, starches, yeast and salt.

DOSAGE Directions for use: Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules daily with meals or as directed by a healthcare professional. Children 6 to 12 years: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily, or squeeze into milk or juice, or use as directed by a healthcare professional.

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses.
