Threadworm is highly contagious and is the only common worm infestation found in people in New Zealand and Australia. Threadworm infestation is evident by the presence of tiny white threads around the anal region. Other common symptoms include itching around the anus and the vagina, restless sleep, grinding teeth, and irritability. If one family member is found to have threadworms then every family member should be treated. For the tment of single or mixed helminthic infestations of Enterobius vermicularis (threadworm), Ascaris lumbricoides (roundworm), Trichuris trichura (whipworm) and of Ancylostoma duodenale and Necator americanus (hookworm).

For children (2-12 years) and adults – Take one tablet, once. De Worm Tablets can be swallowed whole, chewed or crushed into a teaspoon of food.

WARNINGS

Deworming Tablets is not suitable for children under 2 years of age. If you are pregnant seek medical advice before treatment. Also, in case you have any kind of infection or sensitivity, you must consult with a qualified practitioner Do not store it in an excessively warm or excessive cold place. Store it at room temperature. Keep away the medicine from children. This drug may rarely make you drowsy or dizzy. Alcohol can make you more dizzy or drowsy. Do not drive, use machinery, or do anything that needs alertness until you can do it safely. Limit alcoholic beverages. f you are taking the over-the-counter product read all directions on the product package before taking this medication. This medicine comes with a Patient Information Leaflet. Read it carefully. Be sure you understand how to identify pinworms, understand the symptoms of pinworm infections, and how to prevent becoming infected again.
