It can also be useful for growing children who need support to relax their bodies at night. Kids Peaceful Dreams contains the herbs Lemon balm and Linden to support calm and relaxation. Magnesium supports muscle relaxation and is used with the vitamin B6 and L-tryptophan to support sleep hormone production for healthy sleep patterns.

Dosage:
Using the enclosed measuring cup. Children 5 -13 years and over: Take 15-20mL before sleep. Children 3-5 years: Take 10mL before sleep.

Tilia cordata Miller (Linden) extract 122 mg;
L-Typtophan 50 mg;
Magnesium (from Magnesium gluconate) 9.38 mg;
Vitamin B6 (from Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 0.7 mg;
Also contains: Agave syrup, apple flavour, citric acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, glycerin and purified water
No Added: Artificial colours.
